Kaden and Kinsley being goofy

Dad is home and mom took the week off, and the kids and I have enjoyed every minute, we have been having a blast and getting appts and such out of the way. Great week here a re a few pictures.

The kids at the beach, this is a marina on base that is quick and easy to go to. The kids love the beach. Mommy not so much, however we had a blast and afterward the kids took a really good nap.

On the way to the beach

I had to share this, we went to the beach on Memorial Day, this was in the van on the way. Kinsley was aggravating Kaden, saying I am not listening to you, over and over, he got upset and here are the pictures. Of course at the time it was not so cute.

More Basketball

The kids are just so cute playing with the little basketball, they go every Saturday, for 6 weeks. I have really enjoyed it, the coach has been really good with the kids, especially Kinsley who is the only girl on the team. The kids think he is cool because he is a fireman and brings the firetruck to practice.

Congrats Katie and Jay!!

Hello everyone, I know it has been a while. When Tim is gone it is hard to get spare time. I wanted to take a minute to say Congrats Katie and Jay! (Tim sister and her new husband) They were married May 24th in Mexico at Tim's mom and dads house. We were unable to attend, but our thoughts are with them as they start the life together. We just adore Katie and the kids love her, she is a great Aunt, and we wish her and Jay all the happiness in the world. Congrats!

We miss Daddy!!

Tim left Wednesday in the middle of the night for Alaska, it has been almost a year since he has had to leave us, some of our friends would say that is a long time, however, no matter how frequent or how long, We miss our daddy. Tim is my best friend and my sanity, without him I am lost. The kids have really shocked me I thought it would take several days for them to really start missing him, after we get home from school and work they see his car and run in the house insisting on looking for him, even though I have reminded them on the way home that daddy is still working. Kinsley cry's every night for daddy to hug her, she is also very concerned about where he is sleeping. Kaden wants Tim to come home and play with him, and of course bring him back his surprise he was promised. Kaden also informed me that he would keep us safe and insist on making sure all doors are locked at night. It is a crazy mess.
We love and miss your Daddy.
